All sessions are held outdoors in Hamilton public parks. Each masterclass focuses on one bodyweight skill and lasts 45 minutes.
We cycle through six themes across the month so you can join one masterclass at a time or follow the whole arc.
Light drizzle still goes ahead. Heavy weather means a free reschedule — we email by 6am.
Our masterclasses are designed for adults aged 16+. Younger guests need a parent enrolled too.
